Important note regarding political posters:
Political poster motifs must contain a QR code or URL that links to the “Transparency Declaration in accordance with the TTPA Regulation.” The link must be labeled exactly as specified. In addition, the poster must bear the words “Political Advertising.” The transparency declaration must state the budget allocated for the entire advertising campaign—you can easily create the transparency declaration online in your shopping cart during the ordering process.
Was your print file created entirely or partially using AI? If so, we'll print the note „AI-generated“ prominently on the poster. The preview shows you what it will look like.
Environmental messages on your poster?
As of September 27, 2026, terms such as “sustainable,” “green,” or “climate-neutral,” as well as proprietary eco-labels, may only be used directly on the poster if accompanied by concrete evidence. Images such as leaves or globes may also be considered environmental statements. Please review your design before uploading—non-compliant designs may be rejected.

How should I create the file for City-Light-Poster?
Well, even if you are no designer, it is really simple to use one's own complete poster for the designing process of the motif. However, you should always keep the following data in mind:
- file format: 401mm x 561mm, plus 3 mm bleed (final size + 6 mm in height and 6 mm in width)
1-2-3-Plakat.de heading: 401mm x 28mm (will be created automatically) - resolution: at least 450 dpi, optimum 600 dpi
- colours: in accordance with scale (CMYK)
- file: high resolution PDF file, maximum size 15 MB
