What you should know before booking

The poster motif is not ready yet!

During the booking process, you will be taken to the “Print data manager”. Here you can distribute or submit specific motifs. You will receive an upload link with the order confirmation.

Can I book my poster for just one week?

The periods for large areas are set in a decade rhythm (alternating 10 or 11 days). A shorter period is not possible.

Other media such as Mega Lights, City Light Posters and digital posters can be booked on a weekly basis.

Do I have to put up my poster myself?

The poster companies take care of shipping and affixing the poster. With us, everything is all-inclusive: the costs are included in the price.

What happens after the booking?

After we have received the booking, we will order the selected locations from the owners. You will receive an order confirmation as soon as we have received all the feedback.

As soon as we have received the print data, we send it to the print shop that will print the poster. The print shop sends the poster to the respective warehouse. There, the poster is sent to the adhesive company, which then attaches it to the advertising medium.

Conclusion of purchase & order confirmation

Due to interim sales, it may happen that individual locations cannot be confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation when we have received the order and an order confirmation as soon as we have received feedback on each location of your order.

How much lead time does a poster campaign need?

The printed posters must arrive 10 days before the start of posting. As the printing and dispatch of the posters also takes a few days, you should allow 3, better 4 weeks.

Express appointments - if you want to book an earlier appointment.

If you do not have a lead time of 3-4 weeks, you have the option of booking an express appointment. This incurs additional costs due to express surcharges for printing and express shipping.

We require immediate payment by “prepayment” or PayPal and immediate transmission of the print data. A real-time bank transfer is advisable here, as we can only start checking availability once payment has been received.

We check the feasibility of every express order once payment has been received. We discuss various options with the board owners, the printer and the adhesives and then inform you whether the order can be carried out.

How expensive is poster advertising?

Due to the different daily prices at the individual locations and in the various media, it is difficult to give a concrete price estimate.

On average, you can expect a daily price of € 25.00 + € 105.00 per poster for large areas. There is a price scale for several posters of the same motif.

Can I upload multiple images per medium?

Only one motif can be placed on an advertising location per period/decade.

If there are several dates in a row, you can assign a new motif to each date.

In addition, you can distribute different motifs to different locations in one date.

What do I need the replacement poster for?

The replacement poster will be stored by us for 14 days after the end of the campaign and will be used, for example, if it is damaged by the weather.

If you would like to do without a replacement poster, we must point out that in the event of complaints or poster failures, there is no entitlement to rectification or credit.

Who controls the advertising media?

Our head office is located in the tranquil town of Bünde (NRW). Da wir als Vermittler Werbetafeln in ganz Deutschland anbieten, sind wir auf die Kontrolle unserer Kunden angewiesen.

Poster does not hang on the start date

For logistical reasons, the poster stickers have a total of 3 days to affix the poster to the advertising medium. This is the so-called pre-/ main/ and post-gluing day.

If the period starts on 20.06., for example, the poster affixer has from 19.06. 0:01 to 21.06. 23:59 to affix the poster.

However, no campaign time is lost as the affixers maintain this rhythm. So if your poster has been affixed on the day after your appointment, it will certainly not be covered until the day after the next appointment.

Notes on rights to images & graphics

We assume that you are in possession of all necessary copyrights, trademark rights or other rights for all images, graphics, logos, pictograms etc. used. We will not check this. You are solely responsible for the content of your posters - including the texts.

Tips for poster design

A well-designed poster focuses on clear communication with the viewer. Posters are primarily seen and perceived by drivers in 2-5 seconds as they drive past. Your advertising message should therefore be recognizable at first glance.

The font must never be too small. The letters should be at least 5% - preferably 10% - of the height of the poster so that they are easy to read from a distance. As the viewing time is normally very short, it also makes sense to use as few words as possible to get the advertising message across.

An important component of a poster is the colors used, which have different effects on people (e.g. red = signal color / very eye-catching. Green = natural effect, yellow = lively / warm).

Here it is important to know that it is not the quantity of colors that attracts attention, but the contrasts achieved.

So the following applies:

Few colors + clear contrasts = high attention

Finally, the company logo should always be placed in a clearly visible position. A company/brand logo cannot be displayed too large on a poster. A poster without/with only a very small company logo delivers a significantly lower advertising impact, as the viewer cannot associate the advertising message with a brand/company.

Can I also print myself?

Poster printing is always handled by us. We work with various certified poster printing companies that specialize in large-format posters.

The poster must be printed on a special paper before it is cut into 4 large sheets and folded and packaged in a specific order. If a poster arrives at an adhesive and deviates from this standard, there may be inconsistencies in how the poster is attached.
